EASTERN PHOTOGRAPHY FESTIVAL

Photo exhibitions in the Tytonie.Art gallery, in Fermentation Plant No. 2, in the open-air space, on the facade of Building No. 3.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL

At the festival, we will explore the diversity of photographic techniques. From traditional cameras to modern tools – each technique has its place. We will take a closer look at how Ludwik and Edward Hartwig and Jan Bułhak influenced the development of photography in this part of Europe.

We have prepared a rich program that will allow you to discover the diversity of photography. Here is what you can see during the festival:

• Photo exhibitions: Take a look at the works of talented photographers who experiment with different techniques and themes. From portraits to landscapes – you will find a variety of styles and inspirations here.
• Photo workshops: If you are passionate about photography or would like to learn new skills, sign up for a workshop.
• Artist meet’n’greet: Meet the creators who will tell you about their work, inspirations and the creative process. This is a great opportunity to understand what is behind each photo. See how light, composition and emotions come together in one frame.

PAINTING DIGITAL MURALS

On projections cast on the walls of the facade, you will be able to admire murals “drawn live” by local artists. One projector will remain at the disposal of the visitors of the Night of Culture.

OPENING OF THE FERMENTATION ROOM

Opening of the bluest place in Poland. You will be able to take a photo for your ID and more. This monochrome corner can be found on the staircase of Building No. 2.

RADOSŁAW’S SKÓRKA’S OUTDOOR SCULPTURE ZONE 

In the Park right next to the square we will be able to admire an exhibition of sculptures by the outstanding Radosław Skóra. Right next to the artist’s works, also under his supervision, a welded dragon installation will be created and designed by a group of young sculptors.

MUSICAL SURPRISE DANSE MACABRE

It’s a secret. But it’s definitely worth discovering on the Night of Culture :)

ARTISTIC INSTALLATIONS

Here we also plan a surprise. You can take our word for it, it will be a good shot for a photo for social media! :)
