For the past 12 years, these dedicated dancers have been captivating audiences with their infectious enthusiasm and impressive skills.

Led by their inspiring instructor and choreographer, Daria Górny, the FLOW Dance Group showcases their versatility, seamlessly transitioning between various dance styles. Their repertoire is particularly rich in Caribbean rhythms, which reflect their love for lively and upbeat music.

The FLOW Dance Group has a remarkable track record of success, consistently earning accolades and top placements at prestigious festivals, Senior Group Shows, and the Third Age Juwenalia in Warsaw. Their dedication and commitment to promoting dance and active aging among Lublin’s seniors have not gone unnoticed. In recognition of their exceptional contributions, the group has been bestowed with the Medal of the 700th Anniversary of Lublin and the Special Award on the occasion of their 10th Anniversary.
