The FLOW Dance Group is made up of passionate senior women — students of the University of the Third Age in Lublin. Led by choreographer Daria Górny, the group embraces many styles, from Latin and ballroom to cheerleading and tango. With 14 years of experience and numerous national awards, FLOW continues to impress with energy, elegance, and love for dance.

For the past five years, GT FLOW has been a proud participant in the Lublin Senior Dance Festival “Taneczne Pasje Seniorów” in Świdnik, earning well-deserved recognition. They’ve also lit up local events including the Pink Ribbon March, Bridge of Generations, WOŚP, and Odczaruj Jesień Życia, while actively competing in national sports Olympics in Łazy and Rabka.

Their joy of dance captivated audiences during the 18th edition of Night of Culture — and their dedication to cultural life in Lublin has been honored with the Medal of the 700th Anniversary of the City of Lublin, as well as a Special Award from the Mayor of Lublin in 2022, celebrating their 10-year milestone of inspiring active, creative living among seniors.
