Step into a journey through time at this historic typographic printing house, where the fonts you know from your computer screen take shape in their physical form—as typefaces. Join a guided tour and discover fascinating facts about traditional printing and reproduction techniques.
Located in the former pre-war Popularna Printworks, the space houses authentic equipment from the late 19th and early 20th centuries— including a typesetting room, bookbinding area, and papermaking section.
Complementing the exhibition is The Power of the Free Word — a display exploring the birth and activity of Lublin’s independent publishing movement from 1976 to 1989.
