An international group of artists from the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Poland have prepared a presentation of their “works in progress”. This project represents the voice of the young generation of creators and aims to showcase the kind of theatre they want to create, the topics that move them, and who they want to reach. The final show of the workshop sessions will be held, and attendees will have the opportunity to meet the young artists. This event is part of the “New Theatrical Generation” international theatre seminar, which seeks to network and internationalize the activities of young artists at the beginning of their professional careers. The seminar provides a platform for exchanging experiences and comparing perspectives on development and work for young creators in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. Our foreign partners, the Ladder Art Company from Budapest and Reversing Doors from Brno, are independent theaters that share our vision. Fundacja Teatr Wschodni (The Eastern Theatre Foundation) is hosting the seminar, and the project has been made possible thanks to the support of the City of Lublin, The International Visegrad Fund, the Wacław Felczak Institute of Polish-Hungarian Cooperation, and the ZAIKS Society of Authors. We invite you to join us for this exciting event and meet the young creators behind this project.
