“Fredro on the Stage of… Life and Theatre – exhibition dedicated to Aleksander Fredro
The exhibition’s curator, actress, and art archivist Anna Nowak, aims to present selected episodes from Fredro’s life, with a focus on his theatre, through a series of thematic panels. The exhibition will consist of ten panels that outline Fredro’s profile, life events, and artistic activity. Each panel will feature a rich iconography and detailed texts, mainly comments by Fredro himself. The exhibition is scheduled to open in June 2023, which coincides with the birthdays of both Fredro and the theatre’s patron, Juliusz Osterwa, making it a symbolic gesture of Osterwa towards Fredro. At 15.00 join us for the opening of the exhibition.

A Night with Osterwa’s Ghosts – a guided tour
Together with actress Anna Nowak, the visitors will explore the nooks and crannies of the theatre, peek behind the scenes, see places usually inaccessible to the public, and perhaps encounter the ghosts of actors who used to perform on the stage at Narutowicza.
