Talismans are common worldwide. The photographs show portraits of people with talismans – objects that are particularly precious to them. Every person, regardless of their background and life experiences, has favourite trinkets that they never part with and that give them comfort. The exhibition may evoke tender memories of childhood treasures.

In this rendition of the project, young people from Poland, Ukraine, and Belarus share stories about their treasured items. We will see young people living in Lublin, who have decided to show us the objects that are important to them.
