This Night of Culture, take a moment to pause—and step into a quiet meeting with the past and with one another.

At Rybny Square, you’ll find an installation inspired by ancient mosaics unearthed in Pompeii—now holding a gentle mirror to the depths of our modern emotions and connections.

Half-buried in the earth, as if breathing again after centuries, the mosaic reveals surreal, human-like figures. They drift in silent patterns: circling, touching, merging, dissolving into one another like light into shadow.

It’s a story about how relationships shape who we are—about closeness and distance, and the indelible marks left by those we meet, hidden deep beneath the surface of everyday life.

Pause. Look down.
Something stirs beneath the surface.
Maybe it’s us—our connections echoing through time, woven together by the ties we form.
