Description<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This year, during the Night of Culture (June 6\/7, 2026), we would like to wish you a Good Night and, contrary to everyday habits, encourage you to begin a magical journey through the streets and hidden corners of Lublin. And who better than members of our volunteer team to tell you where in the Old Town the festival most strongly engages the senses?<\/p>\n

For those who choose to volunteer, we offer comprehensive preparation, our full support, and\u2014above all\u2014the opportunity to be part of unique events: concerts, meetings, workshops, and exhibitions.<\/p>\n

What tasks might you take on?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u2013 assisting at information points (if you enjoy interacting with people and like talking to them);
\u2013 helping with stage operations, performances, and backstage areas (if you are well-organized, accurate, patient, punctual, attentive, and assertive);
\u2013 supporting facilitators during activities for children (if you are gentle and enjoy working with young audiences);
\u2013 taking care of artists (if you have a communicative level of English, are well-organized, and enjoy meeting new people)<\/p>\n

Why is it worth it?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u2013 you will gain experience working with a festival audience;
\u2013 you will develop soft skills and teamwork abilities;
\u2013 you will enrich your CV with experience at a large cultural event;
\u2013 you will practice communication in a foreign language;
\u2013 you will meet artists and see behind the scenes of cultural events;
\u2013 you will learn how a festival is organized from the inside;
\u2013 you will meet new people and experience an unforgettable night at the heart of the action;
\u2013 you will sign a volunteer agreement and receive a certificate of participation;
\u2013 you will have the opportunity to develop your interests and passions;
\u2013 you will feel the satisfaction of co-creating culture in your city.<\/p>\n

Participation in the volunteer program can be recognized as a student internship – please indicate this in the application form.<\/p>\n

SCHEDULE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

When:<\/strong>
\u2013 until April 30 \u2013 recruitment; May 6 \u2013 results
\u2013 May \u2013 meetings and training sessions (several dates, each lasting 2\u20133 hours; a detailed schedule will be sent on the day the results are announced)
\u2013 June 6\/7 \u2013 main involvement during the event (detailed schedule to be arranged)
