National Museum in Lublin is one of the largest cultural institutions in eastern Poland. It houses the richest and most valuable collections in the region, representing Polish and European cultural heritage. The collections cover a wide range of fields — from archaeology to contemporary art.
At the museum’s main seat in Lublin Castle, visitors can explore seven permanent exhibitions, the Romanesque donjon with the oldest viewing terrace in Lublin, the Chapel of the Holy Trinity with its Byzantine-Ruthenian polychromes, as well as the exhibition “Tamara Łempicka – Beyond Borders.”
