Take a look behind the scenes of Lublin’s culinary past. This walk explores the city’s gastronomic landscape during the PRL (People’s Republic of Poland) era, revealing where to find the most legendary portions, the lowest prices, and the best atmosphere.
Using stories from the Oral History archives at the “Grodzka Gate – NN Theatre” Centre, we will visit the sites of former landmarks—some that have changed names, others that have shifted character, and many that have vanished entirely. Join us for a journey through the flavors and social habits that shaped Lublin’s local culture.
