It quickly gained nationwide popularity, earning the most prestigious music awards. This project combines the unique talents of three artists, creating a distinctive sound that blends rap, jazz, and electronic music. Experience their performance in Lublin during the Night of Culture (June 1-2) on the Rap Stage located at Żmigród. Who else will we see there?
Night of Culture is an event that celebrates diverse forms of art and culture. Rap brings a unique energy and authenticity to the festival. This year, we highly recommend the performances on the Rap Stage at ul. Żmigród 10. Alongside seasoned and acclaimed artists like the Łona x Konieczny x Krupa project and Belarusian rapper Mandzik, you’ll also see talented youth – winners of our contest – Wlazix, MZM (Mati, Zaro, Maksym), Bambus, and Tip Top. We also have a surprise – a female hip-hop artist from Poland, who will be introduced to you on May 30.

20.30-21.30 | Rap Stage: Mandzik (BLR) – a concert
Hailing from Belarus, MANDZIK is a hip-hop artist forced into migration due to his outspoken political views. His music seamlessly blends thought-provoking lyrics with modern electronic soundscapes, traversing both the realms of old-school hip-hop and contemporary drum’n’bass. Get ready for a rollercoaster of emotions and thought-provoking reflections as you delve into his captivating creations.
21.30-22.30 | Rap Stage | Queen of the Beat: Ryfa Ri – a concert
22.30-23.30 | Taxi – Łona x Konieczny x Krupa (POL) in concert
Łona x Konieczny x Krupa is a collaboration between the rapper Łona and musicians Andrzej Konieczny and Kacper Krupa from the Siema Ziemia group. Their debut work “TAXI” delves into the world as seen through the window of a taxi and is a record of the cultural transformations of the last three decades. Łona keenly observes societal trends like a documentarian, weaving together real stories from both male and female taxi drivers and their passengers. This blend includes elements of reporting, personal contemplation on the world within the taxi universe and the poetics of the night found in the intriguing music of Konieczny and Krupa. The project took root in 2020 at the social arts festival OFF Opera. At that time, Łona, along with Zuzanna Głowacka, conducted a series of interviews with taxi drivers from Poznań. These conversations, ranging from casual to profound, served as the foundation for this concept album.
But the musical surprises don’t end there! For those who prefer a more mellow vibe, we’ve got some exciting options in store. Experience the soulful sounds of French Rock and Roll with the band Brut Magnifique. Fans of traditional rhythms will surely be delighted with the performance of the “Lubelacy” Folk Music Ensemble. And for all jazz aficionados, a special musical spectacle awaits: “Jazz Night”, where the expertise of seasoned professionals meets the youthful energy of up-and-coming talents, creating a harmonious and captivating soundscape.
