We are looking for Night of Culture Volunteers | Open Call
Description
This year, during the Night of Culture (June 6/7, 2026), we would like to wish you a Good Night and, contrary to everyday habits, encourage you to begin a magical journey through the streets and hidden corners of Lublin. And who better than members of our volunteer team to tell you where in the Old Town the festival most strongly engages the senses?
For those who choose to volunteer, we offer comprehensive preparation, our full support, and—above all—the opportunity to be part of unique events: concerts, meetings, workshops, and exhibitions.
What tasks might you take on?
– assisting at information points (if you enjoy interacting with people and like talking to them);
– helping with stage operations, performances, and backstage areas (if you are well-organized, accurate, patient, punctual, attentive, and assertive);
– supporting facilitators during activities for children (if you are gentle and enjoy working with young audiences);
– taking care of artists (if you have a communicative level of English, are well-organized, and enjoy meeting new people)
Why is it worth it?
– you will gain experience working with a festival audience;
– you will develop soft skills and teamwork abilities;
– you will enrich your CV with experience at a large cultural event;
– you will practice communication in a foreign language;
– you will meet artists and see behind the scenes of cultural events;
– you will learn how a festival is organized from the inside;
– you will meet new people and experience an unforgettable night at the heart of the action;
– you will sign a volunteer agreement and receive a certificate of participation;
– you will have the opportunity to develop your interests and passions;
– you will feel the satisfaction of co-creating culture in your city.
Participation in the volunteer program can be recognized as a student internship – please indicate this in the application form.
