Get ready to throw down during Night of Culture in Lublin on June 1/2, 2024! We’re calling all rhyme slingers and beat makers to compete in our contest, where the winners will unleash their skills on our massive stage. This is your shot to make some noise, earn some street cred, and rock the Lublin crowd!
Why enter? You’ll get to:
Show off your chops to thousands at the festival.
Rock out on a pro stage with all the backstage support
Feature in Night of Culture’s official programme, snagging promo across print, web, and social platforms.
Support act for one of Polish rap’s hottest stars—revealing the big name this Wednesday!
After the party’s over, we’ll hook you up with a sweet pack of concert snaps for you to flaunt your flair further in the rap world.
Conditions
The contest is open to individuals and groups aged 18-25 from across Poland who create and perform on an amateur basis and do not have a contract with a professional record label.
We do not cover travel and accommodation costs, nor do we pay fees, but we do provide technical support (sound and lighting), as well as promotion and photographic documentation of the performance.

About Night of Culture
Night of Culture offers numerous free artistic events in Lublin’s public spaces, attracting crowds of happy people exploring the streets for unforgettable experiences. It’s a unique night where anything seems possible! From concerts, light displays, and performances to workshops and various other activities, there’s a wide range of experiences to enjoy. Participants can immerse themselves in a variety of adventures condensed into a seven-hour timeframe. Whether they prefer lively concerts and performances or cozy literary gatherings, the choice is theirs. By transforming public spaces with installations, Night of Culture changes dramatically changes entire streets: it’s a time when you can touch sculptures, feel textured walls, and peek into imaginary worlds through keyholes. Don’t forget to charge your camera before you head out!
